BGC is looking for a Junior Service Technician to start ASAPWe need an honest, friendly hardworking attitude; the rest will be taught on-site. Duties: • maintain equipment and tools in shop and on-site • general mechanical work including changing defective parts• perform scheduled maintenance work • answer service calls and resolve issues via telephone• maintain vehicle and shop cleanliness• other duties as assigned by shop team Person MUST: • have common sense and attention to detail• be able to problem solve and make decisions on the spot • the ability to read, write and communicate verbally• a valid drivers license with a clean record• the ability to travel to remote locations, 6-12 days/nights a month, on short-notice• the ability to work under shop and field conditions; may include working under pressure, noisy, dusty, hot or cold environments• the ability to lift 15-20 lbs
